It has been reported that HyunA and E’Dawn will be making their first official appearance together since leaving Cube Entertainment.

HyunA and E’Dawn will be attending a luxury brand event held in Gangnam on November 29th. This will be the first time the two will be appearing in an official setting as a couple since they left Cube Entertainment.

HyunA and E’Dawn’s dating rumors began in July when they were promoting as the group Triple H. In August, HyunA revealed that she had been dating E’Dawn for years through her Instagram account.

Since HyunA’s confession, the activities of both HyunA and E’Dawn were suspended. In September, Cube Entertainment announced that both idols could be removed from the agency and eventually, both HyunA and E’Dawn canceled their contracts with Cube Entertainment in October and November respectively.

Moments after news reports confirmed E’Dawn‘s departure fromPENTAGON and Cube Entertainment, his girlfriend HyunA uploaded multiple photos of him on her Instagram.

Although she didn’t add any captions explaining the meaning of the posts, the affection behind each photo was evident through E’Dawn’s adorable expressions!

She also uploaded a video of shopping together with E’Dawn and a couple of mutual friends.

E’Dawn also posted on his personal Instagram for the first time in a month, since his future of PENTAGON and Cube Entertainment became uncertain.

He also uploaded multiple photos of himself relaxing after the news of his departure. He took a photo chilling on a couch next to HyunA’s adorable dog!

As requested by the idol herself, Cube Entertainment announced on October 15th that they would be parting ways with HyunA.

HyunA had sent a letter to Cube Entertainment CEO, Shin Dae Nam, before the agency announced that their exclusive contract was canceled.

n the hand-written letter, HyunA explained how she was treated unfairly and requested for things to be resolved amicably.

She first listed all the things she has done for Cube thus far:

“Firstly, when I was parting ways with JYP, I was on Chairman Hong’s side. Secondly, when there was a conflict between Chairman Hong and President Park Choong Min, I turned down President Park even when he tried to convince me and stood on the side of Chairman Hong. Thirdly, after Cube went public, the only thing I’ve done is do my best to help create the Cube that it has become today.” ㅡ HyunA

She then continued to explain how Cube had treated her after her dating scandal broke out:

“I don’t know how great of a crime I’ve committed, but since the beginning of September, all of my schedules have been canceled. Then on September 13, I read the news of my removal. Even though I could’ve been told in person. I accepted everything and received notice of the early cancellation of my contract after a final discussion at the chairman’s home in Mokdong on September 16. I’ve been told that a general meeting of stockholders will be held and that I would be told the results of the meeting, but I have not heard anything back so far. Things are being delayed with the excuse of above and below when we’re all in the same building.” ㅡ HyunA

“Everyday is torture for me. For these past two months, it has been too difficult for me to wait. I ask that you give a response by the 15th. Then, I would like for the contract to be canceled cleanly and gentlemanly. If I receive no response by then, I will go my way through a press conference on the basis of the facts that have occurred thus far. I ask once again but I’ve only done my very best, deteriorating my health in order to sacrifice for the Cube that exists today. Despite my feelings, my image has hit rock bottom and my reputation has been tarnished because of my removal from Cube.” ㅡ HyunA

HyunA is allegedly leaving Cube Entertainment with her boyfriend, E’Dawn due to broken trust between the artist and the agency.

According to a source, HyunA is taking the appropriate measures in preparation for parting ways with the company.

“I think my relationship with Cube Entertainment ends here.” ㅡ HyunA

HyunA was the only member among the 4MINUTE members to resign with Cube Entertainment and has since been actively promoting as a solo artist. However, as a result of her dating scandal with E’Dawnand Cube Entertainment’s announcement that stated HyunA and E’Dawn was being “kicked out” of the agency, they have decided to part ways.

The source explained that HyunA was hurt by news of her “removal” from Cube Entertainment and that both sides could not recover each others’ trust.

“She (HyunA) was hurt by the fact that Cube Entertainment announced her removal from the agency before any discussions and although some executive opinions were split, Cube Entertainment also deemed it difficult to resolve the conflicts and issues they had with HyunA so in actuality, they are working at concluding the contract. There isn’t much time left in the contract period, so the wrap up is proceeding naturally.” ㅡ Source

HyunA and Cube Entertainment’s relationship began to go south when HyunA’s dating rumors first began spreading. Soon after, Cube Entertainment made an official announcement that the rumors were false.

After news broke out that HyunA and PENTAGON’s E’Dawn was being forced to leave Cube Entertainment following their dating rumors, many suspected that HyunA would be signing with AOMG.

This was because her stylist had uploaded a post on her Instagram Story indicating that she would be working with AOMG, and many had assumed HyunA would be moving with her.

Moreover, HyunA is known to have a close friendship with Jay Park, who is the founder of AOMG, further reinforcing the possibilities of the rumors being true.

Despite the plausible rumors, however, insiders have previously claimed that the rumors were false and that the stylist’s move was unrelated to HyunA, at least for the time being.

This time, AOMG stepped up to clarify that the rumors were, in fact, untrue.

“It is true that we made contact with HyunA’s stylist. It was for working with our artist ELO. HyunA’s stylist was put in charge of ELO’s style for his upcoming program. There must have been a misunderstanding since it was about the time when reports stated HyunA’s removal. We have not had any discussions in relation to HyunA’s recruit.” ㅡ AOMG

We have been dating for 2 years. I got to know E’Dawn when he was a trainee and since becoming friends after performing together, we began dating in May 2016. We began dating after working on our music together. We were very cautious about our relationship.” ㅡ HyunA & E’Dawn
