SAN FRANCISCO –  Actor Daniel Radcliffe will sing at Tony Awards. Radcliffe is not nominated  for an Award,  he  would like to see the Awards go to Tammy Blanchard and John Larroquette from the TV show  Night Court.   The show will be held in New York hosted by Neil Patrick Harris.
