LOS ANGELES –  Pop Diva Paulina Rubio has to appear in court after allegedly having an altercation with the Miami police.  Allegedly, Rubio refused to cooperate with Miami police after her car collided with another car.  Police let the singer go due to the fact she had to feed her baby, she will have to  appear in court.
