HOLLYWOOD –  Singer – Actor Billy Ray Cyrus has a brand new album out today Tuesday June 28 called (I’m American) is a salute to the U.S Military.  “I was blown away and humbled by (the troops’) professionalism and their courage and their dedication to our freedom,” Cyrus says.  Cyrus will host TLC’s new series (Surprise Homecoming)  Starting  July 11. It’s a show that will reunite deployed troops with their families.
