Brooke Mueller’s lawyers went to court asking the Judge to garnish actor Charlie Sheen’s checks from Warner Bros. Future Checks going to Sheen from “Two and a Half Men” will be minus $55, 000. The Judge on the case has approved the garnishment.

According to TMZ, which cites sources close to Mueller, Sheen is not behind on his payments, however, Mueller sought the garnishment in case the actor runs low on cash. Mueller is Sheen’s ex wife.
