Topic: Barry Bonds

A federal judge will sentence home run king Barry Bonds on Dec. 16 for his obstruction of justice conviction. Bonds could get up to 2 years in federal Prison. Once Bonds is sentenced he can appeal to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The Jury convicted Bonds for not giving them clear answers to their questions regarding the use of a syringe by Greg Anderson.  Anderson was Bonds personal trainer.
