According to People – TMZ,  Justin Bieber took a paternity test in New Jersey and now Yeater must provide the baby’s DNA.   Yeater alleged that Bieber, lost his virginity to her backstage at an L.A. tour stop.  In the state of California, the age of consent is 18, and Bieber would have been 16 at the time of the alleged sexual encounter according, to People.
