ESPN Reporter Erin Andrews is suing for $10 million dollars against the Marriott Hotel and Michael Barrett who secretly videotaped her while she was naked in her hotel room.

Barrett pleaded guilty to stalking Andrews and he is locked up in a South Carolina Federal Prison for two years.  He’s in prison for removing hotel door peepholes to shoot video of her nude with his cell phone and to posting the footage online.

Barrett will be released from prison in July 2012
