Scott Taylor ia a native of Washington DC he started out in gospel music. He began singing dance music in the late 1980s. He had a number 1 record on the British dance chart with the release of “Not So Far Away” (1991) and recorded a British classic called “Don’t Turn Your Back” produced by Deep Dish(1993), both from Back Beat Records. Taylor is featured on Discomusic.com and Artistdirect.com. In 1997, he began to concentrate solely on Soul and Blues music.
