Actress Chae Min Seo 31 was driving under the influence on Monday January 30, 2012 and drove her Mercedes-Benz into a parked car in a residential area Cheongdam-dong of Kangnam, Seoul, Korea around 10:25 am PST

Chae’s blood alcohol level was 0.081% which determined that she was indeed intoxicated.

This incident caused Chae to have her license suspended for being booked on driving under the influence. A statement has been released on this matter from the actress telling her fans, “I’m so sorry for causing a public disturbance “.
