It was revealed that singer Kangta has confirmed his role in jTBC TV drama, “Happy Ending” after much deliberation.

According to Allkpop website, his agency, SM Entertainment announced that Kangta has been confirmed to take part in the drama after his last Korean drama seven years ago.

The show’s promoter, 3HW revealed that “Happy Ending” is a drama about a family that deals the forthcoming death of their father (played by Choi Min-soo) who is terminally ill. Kangta will take the role of an architect and boyfriend of the male lead’s daughter.

Kangta started off his acting career through “Loveholic” in 2005. He then was offered and accepted more roles in Chinese dramas.

“Happy Ending” is scheduled to air beginning 23 April.
