According to My Fox Detroit,  Alleged killer of his wife Laci Peterson., Scott Peterson is appealing his death sentence. 

Peterson is accused of killing his wife Laci and their unborn child.  Laci was born Laci Denise Peterson (née Rocha; May 4, 1975 – c. December 24, 2002)

Had the baby survived his name would have been “Conner Peterson.”
