Los Angeles City Atty. Carmen Trutanich’s office filed two counts of misdemeanor trespassing and one count of resisting arrest Monday against Jason Luis Rivera after he was captured by Los Angeles police after allegedly entering the property.
Officers responded to a radio call of a prowler at the residence, LAPD Deputy Chief Jorge Villegas said. Upon seeing the officers, the man fled and hid in some bushes, where officers apprehended him, Villegas said.
