According to Back Enterprise, Comedian/actor Katt Williams is being sued by Melissa Ishage.

According to TMZ, Ishage filed a $5 million lawsuit in Los Angeles claiming that Williams punched her and caused her serious and permanent injuries.

Reports say that police were called during the October 6th incident, but no one was arrested.
