Singer Anastacia has been diagnosed with breast cancer again after previously battling the disease in 2003.

The 44-year-old successfully fought a battle against the disease 10 years ago, but has now cancelled an upcoming European tour – which was due to begin in London on April 6 – to focus on her health after receiving the devastating news that the cancer has returned.
