Elin Nordegren, Swedish former model, 33, is seeing Chris Cline, a coal magnate worth $1.2 billion. Cline, 53, has a mansion in the posh Seminole Landing development in North Palm Beach, Fla., where Nordegren has been renovating a massive new home.
