MBLAQ cancels their first concert in the Philippines due to unresolved technical and production concerns.

On March 31st, the organisers of the event initially announced that the concert has been postponed to April 1st, stating MBLAQ’s failure to board their scheduled flight for the event. The organisers promised fans for a “high-touch” event to accommodate the growing concerns of the distraught fans.

However, in a follow up announcement hours later, the organisers confirmed the cancellation of the event titled “MBLAQ: FIRST CONTACT,” citing unresolved technical and production difficulties as their main issue. The organisers issued their official apology for the fans and provided details on ticket refunds.

MBLAQ was originally scheduled to hold the “MBLAQ: FIRST CONTACT” concert on March 31st at the Aliw Theater, along with Excite and Two X as supporting acts.
