Michael Jackson’s doctor Conrad Murray was sentenced to four years behind bars on an involuntary manslaughter charge after he was found guilty of administering the fatal dose of Propofol which claimed the King of Pop’s life in 2009.

Murray has been granted early release and will leave Los Angeles County Jail in three months time, having served less than half of his four-year sentence and he is due to be released on 28 October, 2013.

Murray has been a model inmate and the authorities have granted him an early release due to that good behavior and the overcrowded California jail system but how can you not be a model inmate when most of his time has been spent in solitary confinement with access to a TV and mobile phone. Is the CLUB MED or prison? Just wondering!!!!!

This decision to release Murray must infuriate the ‘Thriller’ star’s family, including his children Prince, 16, Paris, 15, and 11-year-old Blanket. It’s not like they do not have enough on their plates right now with the absurd trial. Murray has refused to give evidence at the wrongful death trial.

According to the digitalspy.com, Michael’s mother Katherine Jackson said: “It is not right I will never be able to see my son again, while his mother can see him.”Regardless of the outcome many mother’s can feel the pain Katherine is experiencing because whether you agree or disagree with Michael’s choices, he was her child. A mother’s love runs deep and Mrs. Jackson is just trying to defend her son who can no longer defend himself.

Many believe that Murray is the killer of Michael. Do you feel Murray getting out in two years is an insult? Should Murray have been tried for Murder instead?

  1. Katherine Jackson must find quite a lot of solace from Micheal Bush’s freshly published book “The King of Style: Dressing Micheal Jackson”. I didn’t know of it until I listened to Elaine Charles, host of the Book Report radio show based in Miami interview Bush (I didn’t in fact know of Bush either). I very much appreciated that the host didn’t try to sensationalize anything and kept the topic on the book, the stories Bush had to share, and invariably the genius that was Micheal Jackson. The interview should be archived on the show’s site: bookreportradio dotcom.
