Simon Cowell is expecting a child with a New York socialite who is married to one of his close friends, it was claimed today.
Laura Silverman, 36, is said to be around ten weeks pregnant, according to “multiple sources” cited by American magazine US Weekly.
She is currently estranged from husband Andrew Silverman, a property mogul friend of Cowell, and they are said to be in the process of divorcing.
