Malin Akerman and husbandRoberto Zincone have split, rocker Zincone filed for divorce,TMZ is reporting.

The drummer reportedly filed the legal documents in L.A. on Wednesday, Nov. 27. No further details regarding the drummer’s filing are known at this time.

Multiple sources confirmed to Us last week that the Trophy Wifeactress and Zincone split after six years of marriage. The couple welcomed their first child together, son Sebastian, just seven months ago.
