Hong Kong actress Joyce Tang, 37, tied the knot with her Canon executive boyfriend, Matthew Chu, in Koh Samui, Thailand last Saturday (Dec 7). Basking in marital bliss, the newlyweds shared details about their low-profile wedding with the media at the Hong Kong airport on Tuesday night.

According to Joyce, only 20 of her good friends were invited to the wedding, while her 42-year-old husband let on that the cost of the event was “very economical”. Meanwhile, the couple has yet to decide if they would be throwing a banquet in Hong Kong.

The actress, who is still “getting used to being called Mrs. Chu”, also revealed that she chose a simple design for the wedding band. Although the TVB artiste does not intend to reduce her work load after marriage, she is planning to go on three honeymoon trips with her husband.

“We will be travelling a lot, and we will go skiing and diving too!” she exclaimed.

As for baby-making plans, Joyce shyly said that the couple would “let nature take its course”.
