Photos showing the South Korean heartthrob at the gambling table has created much online buzz

A series of photos, which showed South Korean actor Lee Min Ho at the gambling table in a New Zealand casino, recently surfaced online and created a stir among his fans.

While some fans have expressed their disappointment about his action, Min Ho’s agency quickly clarified that the actor-model was recently in Queenstown, New Zealand for a commercial shoot and that he had visited the casino “just for fun”.

“The photos were taken inside a licensed casino, and the bets ranged from KRW 10,000 to KRW 20,000 (approximately S$12 to S$24),” said a representative. “Min Ho is definitely not a problem gambler.”

The company also hoped that the public will not be misled as some of the reports were exaggerated. “He went there with the local staff purely for entertainment,” the rep added, while emphasising that The Heirs star does not have a habit of gambling.
