Solenn Heussaff does not mind admitting that she has been living in with her boyfriend, Argentine businessman Nico Bolzico, for two years now.

In a live interview on “Aquino & Abunda Tonight” on Monday, the 28-year-old actress explained her decision to live in with Bolzico.

Heussaff, who is half-French, recalled an advice given to her by her dad about choosing a partner for marriage.

“Dapat, to know someone perfectly, you have to live with them, before marrying the person,” she said. “Kasi iba ‘yung tao pag na sa bahay. Behind closed doors, baka baliw siya, baka iba ‘yung personality. So kailangan matikman, kailangan ma-try!”

Heussaff shared that while her boyfriend supports her career, they have made an effort not to have him be part of showbiz.

“Well, he doesn’t involve himself in it,” she said. “At ako rin, pag may interviews na gusto mag-interview sa kanya, sabi ko, ‘No, he’s out of this business.’”
