A day after a Makati court rejected her motion for extended hospital stay, Janet Lim Napoles’ physician, Dr. Efren Domingo, announced she is experiencing bleeding.

Napoles was supposed to be returned to Fort Santo Domingo in Laguna by Friday, May 23. However, this may now be delayed because of her condition.

Domingo explained, “The bleeding has been going on since May 17. Her napkins were soaked and that was alarming. The bleeding may be caused by a wound in the vaginal wall. I will encourage that she stay in Ospital ng Makati because she has to be in complete bed rest for the next 7 to 10 days.”

Domingo went on to say that once the bleeding stops, Napoles may have to undergo pelvic examination under anesthesia.

Meanwhile, Napoles’ lawyer Atty. Bruce Rivera denies allegations that Napoles’ “bleeding” is made up.
