“Nick” was born female, but you wouldn’t know it by looking at her now. Today, she looks and sounds just like a young man.
Women who want to be men
Nick is a member of Pinoy Female-to-Male (Pinoy FTM), a group of transgenders and transexuals. As their name indicates, they are all females who want to transition to becoming males.
When she was younger, Nick tried to fit into the mold dictated by society. These days, she says it’s her turn to be who she wants to be.
