he opening of Gordon Ramsay’s new Mayfair restaurant was sabotaged by a rival who made 100 fake bookings, leaving tables empty, the chef claimed today.
Mr Ramsay claims the opening night of Heddon Street Kitchen was sabotaged by a rival, who he did not name, according to reports.
The chef claims a rival booked 100 out of the 140 tables with fictitious reservations, leaving just 40 people in the restaurant on opening night.
