      Every time I think about a cigarette I grab gum. It’s hard as hell but with the right support he can do it.

      I can’t say that I smoke but my cousin does and she has kids and the moment something goes wrong she picks one up.
      She is trying to quit but found it mighty difficult. I think if start to cut back a little at a time, eventually you’ll be done to 0.
