Hongin has zero kids. He got one woman ex girlfriend pregnant who had a miscarriage but he’s been very careful since(remember he’s only been with 3 and I’m assuming the one he’s with now despite she doesn’t talk). The little kid you see is his nephew. Seen them around a lot.
His nephew loves him so much, you would think he’s his son.
