Topic: All My Children – One Life To Live

I want to thank a very sweet young lady name “Christina” age 19 who brought this link to my attention,  It’s a link to save Daytime Drama (One Life To Live) and (A ll My Children)  Christina said it’s 300 signatures over there and they need about 500,000 and more… Last I checked it was just over 2000.     Hi my name is Tommy im typing this for my wife and myself please bring this show back for the harmony of my house my wife loves one life to live and now its off the air my life is a living hell please bring it back .shes really upset about it and when its back on the air i might be able to sleep back in my bed

    I Have been watching One Life to Live for 16 years. I started watching it with my big sister when i was just a kid. Our mother had been watching it too since the 1970’s. It was a family tradition. Its so sad to think that this show that is so ingrained in our lives won’t be there on Monday. It almost feels like the loss of a family member. This is a huge mistake for ABC. People want something entertaining to watch during the day, not a group of people telling them how to live their lives better. When One Life to Live’s replacement show the “Revolution” tanks in the ratings ABC will be sorry they alienated and lost the loyalty of its former viewers.

    🙁 Please! Please!! Please!!! Don’t take this show away! I grew up watching this show with my granny. This is one of our many bonds we share together. I was 7 then & now I’m 29, that’s 22 year’s that I’ve invested into watching this show, we all have been faithful to ABC and this is how they repay us (REALLY) I vow not to watch anything that ABC shows therefore when OLTL leaves, ABC will no longer exist. Also Y can’t we watch what we want when all the time we’re the ones paying?

    I am so sad that this is happening I have loved this soap since the 70’s. I went away to school amd my father recorded episodes for the year I would come home and power watch it. My week won’t be the same for sure.I will miss the real Todd most.

    I can not see why ABC is cancelling soaps that has been on for over 40 years now. How can ABC say that their ratings are low. This is a bunch of bull. I think everyone should stand firm if a shitty tv station wants to take the best soaps off the air then I do not think that ABC is not worth watch anymore. I was okay when I new the soaps were going online I was very excited but now that not even happening because of damn ABC station. Like I said again ABC is a huge piece of crap and the more I think of this station it makes me want to puke.

    I have watched the ABC Soaps for quite a few years, 48 to be precise ,they are entertaining,they provide a release for a lot of people,who needs another cooking show,who needs to watch another talk show,we want our Soaps,it’s hard to believe that we will be without Vicki/Nicki,it’shard to believe we won’t have Erica coming into our living room each weekday.I am so disappointed in ABC’s decision to cancel the best damn shows on TV,I will join the ban on ABC

I feel the same way you do, I was watching All My Children before Erica got married for the first time, Susan Lucci was about 17 when she started on the show, Erica’s mom “Mona” was there and before she feel in love with Nick Davis.

      One Life To Live OH MY I was watching when Vicki gave birth to Jessica, Asa, the original Clint “Clint Ritchie” That man was so in love with Vicki. Those Vicki/Nicki days will never be forgotten, this is why I made a post saying that Oprah could at least have the cast of AMC and OLTL on her final show also her biggest fan Ellen DeGeneres and not that tired Azz Jada Pinkett Smith who thinks she owns Hollywood. I love Will but, I cannot stand that woman he is married too.

      Please spread the word about stop watching ABC programs only support THE VIEW, AMC, OLTL AND GENERAL HOSPITAL.. Thanks Elizabeth and please come back to say how you feel..

    I just CANNOT BELIEVE ABC is so stupid!! How could the cancel the best shows they offer? It’s like we have been dining on caviar for 40+ years and now they are offering us dog food. Well, I will not be watching the new shows or any shows on ABC………they have betrayed their loyal fans so we will betray them by watching the ratings go down, down, down. They said they got the ideas from The View….well, who likes The View? I hate that show. It makes me sick just listening to it for five minutes. YUK

    PLEASE, PLEASE SAVE OUR SHOWS. Too bad Oprah won’t, they could save her cable channel because so far, it really sucks!!

    I hope that all our signatures will not only save One Life To Live but All My Children as well. To see either one or both of these shows go off the air is like losing 2 family members. The cast of both shows are amazingly talented, they are extremely educatied more so then movie stars in movies. Movie stars make movies a few times a year. These stars make these shows everyday for 5 days a week, 12 months a year. They deserve to be treated with the highest of respect and not to be one day told that their hard work is no longer needed because their shows are going off for talk shows and food related shows. These new shows will undoubtfully have lower ratings and no other show will ever last 40+ years, I don’t care what they put on, they will never be another All My Children or One Life To Live. We will miss Tad, Greenlee, Ryan, David, Jesse, Angie, Madison, Randi and the rest of AMC, a wonderful gifted cast along with the wonderful cast of One Life To Live including but not limited to Robert S.Woods. Save these precious shows….nothing can take their place.

      Hi Mike! I have signed and I want all fans of All My Children and One Life To Live to sign People can go to their local channel 7 to protest! Our voices must be heard! This action is a slap in the face and they are letting us know that they don’t care about their viewers.. Please DO NOT watch ANY ABC PROGRAMS…. I love the View however it’s on the wrong Network….

    Please save one life to live I have watched one life to live for as long as i can remember. I am retired now and need my soaps moreso. John and natalie must get back together jessica and brody have to reunite. Vicky and clint need to get back together he is the only man can meet her standards. Todd has to get well and have a happily ever after with tea. Blair needs to find a true love maybe cristian ford and langstan

      Hi Moshe It is heart breaking news, I love OLTL, I will NOT be watching those NON SENSE reality shows with non actors. I am an Actress in the union and it’s hard for us to get work because the non actors are hogging the networks, we are losing our jobs…
