When Stars have a contract giving them a percentage of merchandise, images, etc,  they want and deserve what’s owed to them. It’s not fair everyone is making money off their name and image and not them.

According to CNN,  Tom Bosley Estate, Erin Moran, Don Most, Marion Ross and Anson Williams are named in the lawsuit against CBS. Ron Howard had nothing to say about the case, however, Henry Winkler (The Fonz) was paid.

CBS said the Stars of the hit show does not have a case for the sale of  worldwide merchandise.
