Actor Jeff Conaway autopsy report has been released. According to E! Online, today’s autopsy results, released by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office, showed that the actor’s death was accidental and caused by a number of  conditions, including coronary artery disease and pneumonia.

Conaway was the star of the TV show “Taxi” and from the movie “Grease.” Conaway will never be forgotten.
