According to People,  Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are now divorced the two have been spotted out together with their son. Wentz, 32, has said he has “nothing but love and respect” for his ex.

Both parties have moved on romantically, with Simpson is seeing Boardwalk Empire star Vincent Piazza and Wentz is dating model Meagan Camper.
