Emcee Yoo Jae Suk recently revealed what made him quit smoking.

On the special 300th episode of MBC’s Infinite Challenge, which aired on October 20, the cast had a time to confide in one another.

Haha showed respect to Yoo, saying, “In my view, Yoo is like a superman. He works out very hard and even quit smoking.”

Yoo shot back, “You can’t have your cake and eat it. I had to give up one of my favorites in order to get another thing. As I’m getting older, I feel tired a lot. It’s not going to work unless I get prepared.”

The top emcee gave a piece of practical advice to his dear castmates: “I feel that I’m less capable compared to the way I was last year. I was seriously out of breath while filming ‘The Chaser.’ For an gripping scene, I need to make things gripping. I used to love smoking, but I had to quit. Simple!”
