Joe Reay was hit by the car in the early hours of Saturday after leaving a sportsman’s dinner where British boxing legend Frank Bruno was guest speaker.
The 20-year-old former pupil of Chertsey’s Salesan School had been at the event at Woking Football Club, where his father Kelvin Reay is a director.
He was due to watch Chelsea FC on the day he was killed with his father who is a season ticket holder.
