This is the first picture of a teenager stabbed to death in the street in London, one of four murders in the capital in just over 24 hours.

David Maxwell, 18, collapsed and died outside a convenience store after being knifed in the back during an argument in Southwark.

He is the tenth teenager to be murdered in London so far this year.

Mr Maxwell was attacked in a row in Pilgrimage Street at 2.30pm on Friday. He was pronounced dead at the scene despite efforts to save him by doctors and paramedics from the air ambulance service.
