Earlier today, at 6PM KST on August 2nd, G-Dragon, Taeyang and YG company staff were involved in a car accident. YG has now released a statement on the accident through Newsen.

The police revealed that the accident involved a total of 7 cars in a chain collision, of which G-Dragon and Taeyang’s was the 6th. Luckily, early reports indicate that no one was hurt at the crash site.

YG Entertainment revealed in a statement to Newsen, “At the moment of the accident, G-Dragon, Taeyang, his manager, and other company staff were riding the car. G-Dragon and Taeyang were not hurt and after the accident, they changed into a different car and traveled to Busan. In Busan, he was able to safely and successfully finish the planned performance and then returned to Seoul.”

According to a report by TMZ, after the singer “liked” two fan photos of his superstar ex Rihanna on Instagram, the model reportedly lost it completely, broke up with Brown and even changed her phone number so he couldn’t contact her.

The Rihanna post was merely the last straw in many grievances Tran has against her on-again-off-again boyfriend of four years. Apparently, she has been considering this for some time because “Chris acts immature, like a child.”

The American model of Vietnamese and Africandescent reportedly thinks he’s ruining his life with all the partying.

After his split with Elva Hsiao, Taiwanese actor Kai Ko has been spotted on three midnight dates with Dream Girls member Tia Li last week, sparking widespread speculation about his new romance.

When probed on his relationship with Tia, the 23-year-old revealed that they have only known each other for a short time and insisted that they are not dating.

Tia has also responded to the rumours via her manager. The singer-actress clarified that she was not referring to Kai when speaking about her ideal marriage partner at a press conference earlier this week. “We always hang out in a group and are really just friends,” she said.

The first episode of Yunho’s first historic drama will air on Monday, August 4th at 9:50 PM (KST). Later on August 15th, Yunho will further participate in SMTOWN’s 4th global tour, beginning with a concert in the World Cup Stadium located in Seoul, Korea.

On the other hand, Jaejoong is currently actively promoting JYJ’s second full-length album “Just Us” with his group members Yoochun and Junsu, and is further preparing for their Asia tour beginning August 9th in Seoul, titled “The Return of the King.”

Both Yunho and Jaejoong will be busy with their respective paths in promoting their latest projects, but it looks like the two will continue to be on the lookout for one another throughout their next accomplishments. Make sure to purchase tickets for both JYJ and SMTOWN’s tours, and make sure to catch Yunho in his debut historic drama next Monday!

Park Yoochun stated, “Although we all have individual activities, we have always wanted to present the fans with a variety of things such as performances, the membership week, and other activities as a group as JYJ. Because our company understood our feelings, I feel great to have been able to create such an event.”

Kim Jaejoong also continued to thank the fans, saying, “We prepared and created a special place for the fans. Rather than a place where you will be in awe, we wanted to create a place where you will feel happy. I think that you will return home with good memories.”

JYJ is also planning on meeting around 40,000 fans at their 2014 Asia Tour, “The Return Of The King” on August 9th at the Jamsil Main Stadium in Seoul.

Michael Johns, the Australian blue-eyed soul crooner of American Idol Season 7, has died at age 35. While the singer’s family has not yet issued an official cause-of-death statement, sources have told The Hollywood Reporter it was a blood clot in his ankle. Johns is the first Idol top 10 finalist to pass away in the show’s 13-season history.
