Not long after the confirmation by Star Empire that Jewelry is disbanding in January 2015, six members who had promoted as members of Jewelry came together for a heartwarming meal.
Started off in 2001, Jewelry had seen a few member changes throughout the group’s 14 years in the K-Pop industry. The four members who had promoted their final title track “Hot&Cold” in 2013 include Yewon, Baby J, Park Semi, and Eunjung.
The four girls were joined by two other former members Seo In Young and Park Jungah, who left the group in 2009, for a meal together to commemorate the time spent together as Jewelry.
Two photos at the meetup were uploaded onto Seo In Young’s personal Instagram, where she captioned the first photo with “I love you,” and included a heart-shaped emoticon in both. The six ladies seemed to have had an enjoyable time together, as they showed smiles and even made silly faces for the camera.
Along with the news of disbandment, members Baby J and Park Semi are revealed to be leaving Star Empire, while Yewon is said to be continuing with the agency.
