After the lavish birthday party and baptism for Richard Gutierrez and Sarah Lahbati’s son Zion, Sarah’s mom Esther took to social media to express her disappointment over how she was treated in the event.

Esther revealed that she felt hurt at being ignored in her grandson’s party last Sunday, June 15. Her post has already been deleted, but netizens continue to express mixed reactions about it on social media.

“Masakit ang ma-ignore sa party. Hindi naman pwede pera pera na lang ang lagi nangingibabaw. Para lang makilala ka sa lipunan. Pag wala ka pera di ka kilala,” Esther posted.

Sarah’s mom felt sorry for herself after someone allegedly told her to pack leftover food.

“At the end of the day sinabihan pa kong, ‘Esther, magbalot ka ng mga tirang pagkain dyan. Pinarinig pa sa mga bisita grabe! Naawa ako sa sarili ko. The whole party hindi ako pinansin tapos para ako patay gutom aalukin ng tirang pagkain,” she added.

Richard Gutierrez finally confirmed that he and girlfriend Sarah Lahbati already have a baby.

The actor admitted at the premiere episode of the Gutierrez family’s reality TV show “It Takes Gutz to be a Gutierrez” on E! last Sunday, June 1, that he is a now a proud dad.

“They have their own speculations, stories. A lot of people think that Sarah left the country because we are having a baby and she’s pregnant. I just want to set the record straight and tell everyone that I’m a proud father of baby Zion.”

“It’s good to be back in Manila. We were able to get some rest and now I’m actually feeling good and feeling that fire again.”

After his 11 years of being a Kapuso ended on May 28 this year, the 29-year-old actor has traveled the world.

Richard Gutierrez and girlfriend Sarah Lahbati showed up at the Esquire Ball in what could be their first public appearance after traveling to the United States and Switzerland.

“I can say I lived a full career in GMA Network and I think now is the right time for me to step back, assess myself, see where I want to be, and let’s see. I’m not closing my doors for anything and now is the perfect time for me to take actually a long break,” he said at the June presscon of “My Lady Boss,” his last movie project before taking a hiatus.
