T-ara members Qri, Boram and Soyeon will be coming together to promote as a unit in Japan.

Just a few days ago, T-ara’s newest unit consisting of Qri, Boram and Soyeon, known as QBS, held their first performance in Japan, gaining the attention of the Japanese media.

According to reports, QBS performed their first single “Like The Wind” on June 10th at a local venue, where they also held a press conference, a mini-concert and a high-five event for fans. More than 2,000 fans gathered for the event, proving T-ara’s growing popularity in the country.

Soyeon describe their debut track as “feminine with with a wisp of summer mixed.” In addition, the trio told their fans that they are also working hard studying Japanese.

QBS’s first single will be released on June 26th, while T-ara’s 7th Japanese single “TARGET” will be released on July 3rd. T-ara is then scheduled to perform at Budokan on July 12th and 13th.

T-ara’s Soyeon Was Never Offered A Role In “Iris 2.”

According to Koreaboo, Core Contents Media has denied news reports that T-ara’s Soyeon has been offered a role for the drama, “Iris 2.” 

The production behind “Iris 2” considered Soyeon to join their official cast line-up,  However, Core Contents Media immediately clarified that “Iris 2” never offered the role to Soyeon and the casting reports were untrue.
