According to Koreaboo, Core Contents Media has denied news reports that T-ara’s Soyeon has been offered a role for the drama, “Iris 2.”
The production behind “Iris 2” considered Soyeon to join their official cast line-up, However, Core Contents Media immediately clarified that “Iris 2” never offered the role to Soyeon and the casting reports were untrue.

It was reported that Yao Yuan Hao’s ex-girlfriend of eight years, Sonia Sui, was heartbroken after hearing the news of Yao Yuan Hao and Cyndi Wang’s reconciliation.
Asianpopnews reported that the 31-year-old actress, who had just returned from Chengdu to Taiwan, cannot be contacted since the news broke out. She only updated her Facebook stating, “I miss my home!”
Meanwhile, Sonia’s “The Fierce Wife” producer Wang Pei-hua said, “Sonia had yet to recover from her old wound, but now a new wound come again”, sparking speculations that the actress may have returned home to her family for comfort.
When asked if Sonia read the news on Yuan Hao and Cyndi’s reconciliation, Wang said, “We read our news everyday”.
She added, “I know she will get over it. She has acted in so many dramas related to relationships and knows that such things would happen all the time. A lot of things are not up to the individual.”
Friends close to Sonia felt injustice for her and blasted the couple for hurting others, stating that Sonia had sacrificed her youth and spent eight years with him before the actor cheated on her.
In April last year, the on-and-off couple of eight years called it quits after Yao Yuan Hao reportedly dated Cyndi Wang during his relationship with actress Sonia Sui. Although Cyndi and Yuan Hao had since broken up, the two reportedly rekindled their relationship late 2012 as the latter was often spotted near Cyndi’s residence.
