Heather Locklear and rock star Richie Sambora’s teenage daughter Ava before she makes her television debut.

Sambora will make her small-screen debut in an upcoming guest role on the Disney Channel seriesGood Luck Charlie. While she has celebrity parents to fall back on, the young actress reveals that she earned the role on her own merit.

“I auditioned for it and it was actually amazing,” Sambora said on the set of Good Luck Charlie. “I was so happy to get it, and when I saw the call for the audition, I was like, ‘There’s a good feeling about this.'”

TVXQ’s new single album, OCEAN, is in the spotlight even before its release on June 12th.

According to Japanese media, the group’s new song “Ocean” haa been chosen as the theme song for four popular variety programs such as Nihon TV’s PON! and Music Dragon.

 Judges crowned Ontario’s Denise Garrido, 26, the new Miss Universe Canada out of 57 contestants. The next morning, they admitted that they had made a mistake in tabulating the scores and stripped her of her crown. The real winner was Riza Santos, 26, of Calgary.

Police say former Grand Valley State quarterback Cullen Finnerty’s body has been found.

Finnerty was found in the woods tonight after disappearing Sunday. Lake County Sheriff Robert Hilts confirmed the death at a news conference.
