Actress-musician Saab Magalona, daughter of the late master rapper Francis Magalona, is soon-to-be Mrs. Jim Bacarro.

The wedding proposal happened last week during the Magalonas’ vacation in Tokyo, Japan.

The actress posted on Instagram, “I thought we were just taking photos and then he said he wanted to ask me something…”

She then related how Bacarro knelt down and asked her the big question, to which she said, “Yes!”

Saab added, “I can’t believe I’m now engaged!!! I LOVE YOU @jimbacarro thank you for proposing in my dream destination (Japan) and in front of my family (who took so many photos and videos hahaha). So much love!!”

Saab’s mother, Pia Magalona, also took to Instagram to share photos of the engagement, one of which she captioned, “I love you Saab and Jim! You have my blessings.
