It has been more than three months since rumours began swirling that Kate Upton and Maksim Chmerkovskiy were dating.
And on Thursday the worst kept secret in showbiz was finally out as the cute couple went public with their romance.
The Sports Illustrated model and her Dancing With The Stars alum beau held hands as they took an amorous stroll through New York’s West Village.
Kate, 21, definitely had the look of love and couldn’t stop grinning as she gaze adoringly at Maksim.
It looked like the buxom blonde had just been for a run as she wore a black top and cropped leggings under a grey windbreaker, along with trainers.
Kate carried a sports bag in the hand that wasn’t clutching Maskim’s and had a handbag slung across her body.
The star wore her locks pulled into a ponytail and was make-up free underneath her sunglasses, clearly comfortable enough around her man to go au naturel.
Meanwhile Maksim, 33, was wearing a pink shirt with black trousers and shoes, while carrying a tweed jacket.
Their romantic debut comes just three weeks after Kate firmly stated, ‘We’re just friends,’ when asked by Extra about her rumoured relationship with Maksim at the Style Awards.
Reports first emerged that the pair were dating in June when it was claimed that Kate and Maksim had marked her 21st birthday with a romantic dinner date.
A month later, Kate was cheering Maksim on while watching his opening night performance of Forever Tango.
The Ukrainian hunk recently finished his run in the Broadway show alongside former co-star Karina Smirnoff.
Maksim announced his departure from Dancing With The Stars in February but his brother Val remains as one of the professionals on the celebrity dance contest show.
Meanwhile Kate is preparing for the release of The Other Woman next year in which she can be seen in her first major film role alongside Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann.
