Simon Cowell, 53, has been spotted on dates recently with 40-year-old Electra, but would not go as far as saying they were in a relationship.
He said: “She’s not my girlfriend. We’re people who date. She’s adorable, isn’t she?”
Cowell has been single since breaking off his engagement to make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy last year and was first spotted having dinner with Electra in Los Angeles in September.
The former Baywatch star, who has been married to basketball star Dennis Rodman and guitarist Dave Navarro, has made no secret of her fondness for the X Factor mogul. According to, The London Evening Standard.

JYJ’s Junsu releases the full track for his digital single “Thank U For.” On December 24th, “Thank U For” was distributed through various music portals in South Korea and has been gaining explosive reactions since.
“Thank U For” is described to be a sweet, love song about a man expressing his feelings for a loved one. Junsu further stated that he hopes the single will be a good Christmas present for his supportive fans. The single was also prepared as a treat as he holds his ballad concert by the end of this year.
Meanwhile, Junsu is set to hold an exclusive three-day concert titled “2012 XIA Ballad & Musical Concert with the Orchestra” on December 29th to the 31st.

Actor Jack Klugman has died at age 90, Klugman lost his voice to throat cancer in the 1980s but trained himself to speak again. He returned to acting in a 1993 Broadway revival of “Three Men on a Horse.”
