Charlie Sheen has been approached to star in a TV show about his custody battle with Brooke Mueller.

The Anger Management actor has been locked in a bitter feud with his ex-wife for months over who gets to look after their four-year-old twins, Bob and Max, and TV bosses believe the dysfunctional family would make the perfect reality show subjects.

Charlie has been vocal about his feelings toward “Adderall snorting husk” Brooke, the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services (DCFS), and the “anus-brain” judge who granted the former actress’ brother, Scott, temporary custody of their sons last week.

the Wild Things star has been granted temporary custody of her ex-husband’s two boys,Bob and Max, following the removal of the kids from their mother Brooke Mueller‘s home by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services on Thursday.

A source also tells E! News that social workers have been investigating the situation at the residence for over a year, noting that Mueller is often gone for long stretches of time.

0203_brooke_moira_charlie_house_EX Charlie Sheen‘s real estate agent is being sued by Brooke Mueller‘s mom, who claims the realtor screwed her out of a commission for a mega-mansion Charlie purchased last year.
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Moira Fiore claims she was tapped to help Charlie find a new house, but there was a big problem — she’s only licensed to sell real estate in Florida and Charlie wanted a new crib in L.A.
So Moira says she engaged the services of uber-realtor Marty Trugman, who has repped a slew of celebs in Hollywood.
Moira says Marty promised to give her 25% of his commission as a referral fee.  Charlie used Marty and bought a $6,999,999 house, but Marty never paid her a cent.
We spoke with Marty, who laughed and said, “I never promised her a referral fee.  She didn’t introduce me to Charlie. Brooke did.”
Sources close to Charlie tell us he’s pissed that — unbeknownst to him — Moira was “skimming the deal.” Charlie is saying if Moira gets any money from Marty, it should go to him or his kids.

According to AP,  Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, has been arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and cocaine possession with intent to distribute.

Mueller was arrested early Saturday at a nightclub after a woman reported being assaulted by her. Mueller posted $11,000 bond and was released from custody. She’s scheduled in court Dec. 19. Aspen police spokeswoman Blair Weyer says additional details are not immediately available.

Brooke Mueller’s  lawyers went to court asking the Judge to garnish actor Charlie Sheen’s checks from Warner Bros.  Future Checks going to Sheen from “Two and a Half Men” will be minus $55, 000.  The Judge on the case has approved the garnishment.

According to TMZ, which cites sources close to Mueller, Sheen is not behind on his payments, however,  Mueller sought the garnishment in case the actor runs low on cash.  Mueller is Sheen’s ex wife.

Two And A Half Men Star Charlie Sheen is in court in a TUG OF WAR custody fight with Ex-wife Brooke Mueller.   Mueller was granted temporary custody of the twins after police removed them from Sheen’s home.   Both Sheen and Mueller should be given drug and sanity test to see which is more qualified to care for the boys,  I am a super huge fan of Sheen however, we are talking babies/children and they must be in a safe environment.

I know Sheen will not do any harm to his children however, he must watch the company he keep.   The boys are young and they will not remember the women Sheen had around them in the home.

If Sheen and Mueller want to be  parents, now is the time to get it together and work together so the kids will feel love and not grow up as another nut case.  A lot of Hollywood Children have grown up so emotional scared due to the absent of  1 or both entertaining parent.

I want them to work it out for the children sake,  it’s  funny how the court/attorneys were not in the bedroom when they made the twins.   If Sheen feel as if he cannot live without hookers/prostitutes/ call girls/escort/ etc… That is his business, his money his life,   just keep them away from his home around his children,  take them to a hotel and for goodness sake stop  marrying them.   Charlie should have leaned his lesson from Wife number 2.

I know Sheen has tried to do the right thing by getting married and really trying to a family man,  hopefully this will be Sheen’s last marriage,  his 2nd wife Denise is a real live doozie.
